How long will my application documents be stored?
Your application documents will be automatically deleted nine months after we received them. You can find more information on data privacy here

Will my application automatically be kept in evidence for future positions?
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we do not keep any applications and application documents in evidence. If you are interested in other positions, please apply online.

Is it also possible to delete my application documents earlier?
As applicants have the possibility to make claims under the Equal Treatment Act up to six months after receiving a rejection, and the general duration of the application process is three months, we reserve the right to keep your application documents for nine months after receiving your application. We automatically delete your application documents from our system after this nine-month period.
