Vacancies
You can find all our current vacancies here.
You can send us a speculative application at any time. You can find the form here.
The titles of our part-time positions are marked with “in part-time”. You can find the exact number of hours in the “Requirements” section. All positions without this label are full-time positions of 38.5 hours/week.
If you are interested in several positions, we kindly ask you to apply online for each position individually. You should adapt your cover letter accordingly.
If you have questions about our vacancies, please contact our Human Resources Department at +43 (0) 5 7788 778.
The duration of the job posting depends on the number of incoming applications. There is no pre-defined application deadline. Nevertheless, if you are interested in a position, we suggest sending your application as soon as possible.
If you cannot find the job posting on our webpage, the position has already been filled and you can no longer apply. Sometimes job postings may, however, still be visible on some online portals.
Online application
You should always submit your application online. You can start the online application with the button “Apply online” in each job advertisement.
Our online application has only a few mandatory fields which you must fill out. Please be sure to attach all your application documents at the end of the online application form.
Your application documents should have one of the following file formats: DOC, .ODT, .PDF, .JPG, .PNG.
Please notice to use one of the file formats mentioned above, otherwise your application documents will not be successfully uploaded.
One single file should have no more than 5 MB, and the total size of all your application documents (e.g. CV, cover letter, certificates) together should not exceed 20 MB. You should attach all your application documents in a single document called “application documents”.
If you interrupt your online application, your application will not be saved. You should complete your application without interruption; otherwise you will have to start the application process all over again.
After sending your online application you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have successfully received your application. You will receive a second e-mail as soon as your application has been entered into our system (06:00 a.m. the following day). If you have not received any confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder first, then get in touch with our Human Resources Department at +43 (0) 5 7788 7788.

Your application documents will be automatically deleted nine months after we received them. The nine-month retention period results from the standard three-month period between receiving the application and notifying of a possible rejection, and the six-month period following the notification of a rejection, during which the applicant may make claims under the Equal Treatment Act. You can find more information on data privacy here.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we do not keep any applications and application documents in evidence. If you are interested in other positions, please apply online.
As applicants have the possibility to make claims under the Equal Treatment Act up to six months after receiving a rejection, and the general duration of the application process is three months, we reserve the right to keep your application documents for nine months after receiving your application. We automatically delete your application documents from our system after this nine-month period. If you have any questions, please get in touch with our Human Resources Department at +43 (0) 5 7788 7788.
Useful tips for your application
A complete application includes your current CV, certificates/diplomas, recommendations as well as a personal letter and/or cover letter.
As your application will be reviewed by several persons (such as the department head and Human Resources), it is sufficient to address your letter to “Dear Sir or Madam”.
Generally, it is possible to submit your application documents in English or German.
If a position requires the application documents to be in English, this will be stated at the end of the job advertisement.
Working at MED-EL
You can find all required language skills in the relevant job posting. However, English skills are not a must have for every position.
