Sales Manager (m/f)

Main Tasks

  • Develop hearing implant projects in countries managed by HQ Sales including budget and sales responsibility of defined countries
  • Build up cooperation with local partners and customers and establish a long-term sustainable business in selected markets   
  • Develop and pursue business plans including implementation of marketing and sales strategies
  • Responsible for budget planning as well as KPI and break-even analysis
  • Monitor the quality of hearing implant education and constantly identify new business opportunities


  • Academic degree (University, FH) in a technical or commercial field
  • 5 years of experience in a multicultural business environment
  • Excellent social skills to develop relationships with business partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills with global vision
  • Result-oriented, creative, pro-active and enthusiastic personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Willingness for intense business travelling


Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is EUR 36,154.72
