Main Tasks

  • Identify, plan and implement projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time
  • Maintain and develop standard operating procedures, documenting workflow and process steps
  • First contact person for our B2B customers seeking technical assistance
  • Communicate and coordinate tasks together with our Service Centers worldwide
  • Participate in projects to developing service, products and trainings



  • Completed education (HTL, HAK, HBLA) and first experience in Project- and Process management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Customer-oriented thinking and high-quality awareness
  • Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Collaborative working style and team-player-attitude



Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is EUR 28,821.52
