Administrative Assistant to the CEO in Part-Time (m/f)

Main Tasks

  • Prepare, follow-up and record meetings
  • Contract management
  • Maintain address database and customer profiles
  • Written and telephone correspondence
  • General administrative support in the CEO Office

 

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education and professional experience in a similar position
  • Very good IT and MS Office skills 
  • Very good communicative skills and good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Organization skills, flexibility, reliability, accurate approach, resilience
  • Friendly personality with etiquette
  • Desired weekly working hours: approx. 20 hours

 


Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is EUR 28,821.52
