Digital Marketing Analyst (m/f)

Main Tasks

  • Develop and provide a structured data analysis, interpreting the data into practical and useful recommendations to support strategic objectives
  • Investigate specific issues and propose solutions by analyzing data from a wide range of sources
  • Develop and report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Designing and carrying out internal and external marketing research activities
  • Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns



  • Significant experience in digital analytics with marketing background to deliver actionable insight and help to drive change
  • Experience in using Google Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI to extract and analyze data
  • Experience in interpreting digital data, presenting the results to a broad audience and draw useful recommendations from data sets
  • Experience in online and offline market research
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German



Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is EUR 37,022.44
