Product Manager, Service & Repair (m/f)

Main Tasks

  • Permanently improve and coordinate service operations as well as process flows for handling of international repairs
  • Coordinate service supply chain related projects and import/export processes, monitor trends and opportunities relating to these fields
  • Liaise with service and repair, finance, logistics and operative teams to develop robust workflows and to support global business programs
  • Drive lean and effective working practices according to the company Quality Standards
  • Assist in the development of new service strategies and leverage know-how with other company organizations

 

Requirements

  • Higher degree in commercial law or business administration, additional electrical engineering education desired
  • Work experience in medical device industry or hearing aid industry is a plus
  • Process oriented thinker and ability to drive results in a fast-growing organization
  • Excellent team communication skills in English and other languages
  • Willingness to travel and good presentation skills

 

 

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is EUR 37,022.44
